Have you ever wondered how Crystals were formed, or what is the meaning behind the word Chakra and where they are located in your body?  This informative and meditative workshop is designed to give you a better understanding of the earths geology, and history behind the term Chakra.  

We will explore the geology of Mother Earth, Crystal formations and frequencies and relate them to the 7 main Chakras (levels of consciousness) of your body.  The participant will also learn how to program and cleanse their Crystals.  

We will discuss the origin of the term Chakra, and explore similarities of the Chakras to religions and cultures around the world.  The workshop includes discovering how Crystals can work with your Chakras as we meditate using colours, the seed sounds of each Chakra, and Crystals.  A safe space is held by the Crystals during the meditations. The group will enjoy a deeper awareness that Crystals and Chakras can bring to their own personal meditations and daily lives.

I provide workshops from my home, or at various Healing Centres in Ontario.  I am also able to come to your event/gathering as well.
